Primary Role: We are looking for a Sales Driven Representative for Ethiopian Airlines in the market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts by meeting with clients virtually , on the phone or during sales visits
- Negotiate and manage contracts and support commercial requests
- Attend conferences, trade exhibitions, events and present and deliver presentations on company & product to the travel trade and key customers
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
- Monitor market trends, sales performance and market potential to propose best practice and adapt sales and commercial strategies
Key Skills
- Diploma / Degree related to the travel trade studies (business administration, tourism, economics, communication, or related fields)
- Professional experience in sales in the travel sector with minimum 3 years experience. Airline experience will be preferred
- Self-motivated, resilient with strong communication skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate with great follow-up
- Fluency of spoken and written English is mandatory
- Knowledge of industry distribution tools such as GDS and other analytical systems
- IT skills and full user of MS office programmes
- Be available to travel within and outside the Italian territory
- Driving license and car
