Sales Representative in our Rome office

Primary Role: We are looking for a Sales Driven Representative for Ethiopian Airlines in the market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts by meeting with clients virtually , on the phone or during sales visits
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and support commercial requests
  • Attend conferences, trade exhibitions, events and present and deliver presentations on company & product to the travel trade and key customers
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting
  • Monitor market trends, sales performance and market potential to propose best practice and adapt sales and commercial strategies

Key Skills

  • Diploma / Degree related to the travel trade studies (business administration, tourism, economics, communication, or related fields)
  • Professional experience in sales in the travel sector with minimum 3 years experience. Airline experience will be preferred
  • Self-motivated, resilient with strong communication skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with great follow-up
  • Fluency of spoken and written English is mandatory
  • Knowledge of industry distribution tools such as GDS and other analytical systems
  • IT skills and full user of MS office programmes
  • Be available to travel within and outside the Italian territory
  • Driving license and car
